Front Desk/Customer Service Staff:
Front Desk staff members are the first staff members our customers encounter, therefore they must be personable, helpful, kind, positive, and able to handle customer interaction for extended periods of time. This position requires you to be responsible for your workspace, the front desk area as a whole, your cash drawer, and daily tasks such as cleaning, inventory, and restocking merchandise. We use an easy to learn computer program for all reservations and sales that will require a two week training period. We are open Monday through Sunday and shifts are approximately 6 hours long. We are currently hiring for all shifts – hours vary depending on our operating hours during the week. Our Safety Staff are responsible for maintaining safe jumping conditions on the trampoline floor and our Ninja Warrior Course. These staff members must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift no more than 50 lbs., handle light maintenance and cleaning, adhere to Jump Cville rules and regulations, assist with potential injuries and interact with customers in a safe and fun environment. Staff members are responsible for monitoring customers on the trampoline floor and Ninja Warrior Course, cleaning and sanitizing trampolines, and assisting with maintenance when needed. Our Party Host/Hostess staff are responsible for assisting customers with their parties from start to finish. This position requires a personable, kind, and helpful person able to assist with food distribution (cake and pizza), cleaning of party suites between parties, and ensuring our birthday party customers have everything they need for their party. This position is scheduled depending on when parties are booked with majority of the shifts being weekends. Weekend availability is a must.
